At KOKO Mayne Luxe Hair Collection, we make the utmost effort to meet your satisfaction.

Unfortunately Due to covid -19 we are NOT taking exchanges or returns due to hygienic reasons.

We understand that choosing the right wig might be a little difficult from your phone or computer screen. So we are happy to do a video call before we send off any CUSTOM ORDERED WIGS so you can determine the colour volume and length of the wig you have ordered.

Our returns & exchange policy will be reviewed and return upon further changes to covid-19
